SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (April 19, 2021) – Paradigm Technology announced today the appointment of Lauren Green to Paradigm’s Internal PMO Director, launching formal leadership and governance into the company’s Digital Project Management efforts in support of their Data & Analytics and Digital Product Engineering solution pillars.
A member of the Paradigm Technology family for the last five and a half years, Lauren was previously promoted to Workforce Manager from Lead Project Manager. In her newest role as PMO Director, Lauren will leverage firsthand client experiences and project management principles to guide Paradigm’s internal Program Management Office (PMO).

Lauren’s priority as PMO director, inclusive of Workforce Management, will center around enhancing essential processes, procedures, and capabilities under the project management and delivery assurance umbrella within Paradigm’s digital practice areas. She will also continue providing thought leadership and structure to Workforce Management Programs.
