Solution & Results
- Quickly assembled a team of 20+ airline experts (PMs and BAs, featuring Agile PMs and Scrum Masters) to manage reconciliation of and access to applications for the merger
- Reconciled 1253 of the 1420 applications (88.2%) over 63 weeks, enabling 20,000 users to perform their jobs
- Program Managed all streams of work providing weekly status updates to senior leadership
- Team was spread throughout other key projects and currently have deep presence on the Flight Operations Integration program
