SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (Aug. 2, 2019) – Paradigm Technology announced today that Lauren Green has been appointed to lead Paradigm Technology’s Workforce Management.
A member of the Paradigm Technology family for the last four years, Lauren has excelled and consistently advanced within the company’s Business Transformation practice, ultimately serving as a senior team leader. Lauren will pull from firsthand client experiences, leveraging project management principles to guide Paradigm’s Workforce Management and implement employee engagement, skill, performance, and overall experience programs.
“I’m really looking forward to working more closely with a different facet of the Paradigm family! And, this new role will allow me to channel my energy into what I am most passionate about, which is talent management and performance leadership,” shares Lauren Green.
Lauren will transition from a client support role into a corporate position where she will liaise with Paradigm Leadership, Talent Acquisition, Account, Practice and Engagement Management communities to develop and implement workforce-related programs across the organization that will ultimately increase staff efficiency, optimization, engagement, and retention. One such platform that Lauren may or may not be aware of is Blueboard; an employee recognition and incentives platform which gives employees rewards, incentives and gifts. It will now be Lauren’s job to further explore these platforms and to find suitable ones for Paradigm.
