Joining Paradigm Technology from Capgemini UK, Mr. Martinez is an experienced leader in business development and practice management. He boasts over 20 years’ experience delivering large Business Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, and Digital Delivery Transformation within the banking, insurance, CPRDT, supply chain, and manufacturing domains. Mr. Martinez has an impressive track record of helping companies acquire, structure, and exploit their data assets throughout the entire information life-cycle. A strong expertise in building and running high performance teams that transform companies into insight-driven enterprises is what will drive his role at Paradigm.

Ernest Martinez attended Arizona State University and has degrees in both Technology Management and Computer Science. In addition, he has certifications as a Project Management Professional, Program Management Professional, and Scrum Master.
