Paradigm Technology, a strategic solutions provider to the Fortune 500, announced today that Samuel Engram will be joining the company’s leadership team to serve in the role of Executive Vice President, Services Sector. In this role, he will be leading Paradigm’s Practice Management Group (PMG).

“I am excited to join the Paradigm Team and support their efforts in providing strategic services and value to their partners and clients,” comments Mr. Engram. “I look forward to being able to leverage my background in leading customer engagements and business growth to help Paradigm grow its managed service provider business.” Mr. Engram is an extremely seasoned IT Services Executive with more than 20 years’ experience in IT consulting, operations, and services transformation at many well-known international corporations.

Most recently, Mr. Engram spent over 10 years at Cognizant where he led Cognizant’s New Growth Platforms in cloud computing and was instrumental in building an over $1 Billion Quality Assurance practice. Prior to Cognizant, Mr. Engram served as a program director at BearingPoint Inc. where he generated millions of dollars in new business providing new services and solutions to major companies in the financial services sector. Mr. Engram also served in multiple roles at American Express, where he managed client projects worth tens of millions of dollars.

In addition to his degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Florida, Mr. Engram attended the Stanford Executive Institute and continues to educate himself through numerous technology, business and executive seminars. He has served as an Executive Board Member supporting various Arizona State Agencies, non-profit and arts organizations that include The Arizona Ballet, Arizona Employment and Training Council and the Westside Foodbank.
