SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (October 21, 2021) – Paradigm Technology announced today it will be implementing a master data solution for a leading multinational construction manufacturer, enabling a robust ecommerce platform for machinery part sales.

With a 100+ year history, the Global 500 client provides equipment, technologies, and services for construction, mining, forest, energy, and manufacturing industries. They operate in 140+ countries, directly employ 60,000+ employees, and boast a vast dealer and distribution network.

Paradigm Technology knows customer experience is at the heart of the manufacturer’s data mastering program and are enabling a single source of reliable product data to efficiently sell aftermarket parts through their growing e-commerce platform. Product information improvements include the addition of digital assets and product catalog.

At the base of Paradigm’s solution is strategic partner Informatica’s PIM (product information management) platform, Product 360.

Paradigm’s team of mastering experts will also improve the Client’s receiving and quality control processes to significantly minimize part returns. The foundational solution will support North America business and propel subsequent ease of expansion globally.
