Scottsdale, AZ – Paradigm Technology, a strategic consulting and digital transformation partner, announced today that Michael Stell has joined the Executive Team as the Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Stell is a leader with over 16 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance. He is certified in Arizona as a CPA and earned his MBA from Indiana University. Previously an Audit & Assurance Manager with Ernst & Young, he has experience with both public and private companies, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes Oxley implementations. Most recently, Michael served as the Regional CFO & Global Controller at Frost & Sullivan, a global consulting and market research firm. Overseeing the financial side of the business, Michael will leverage his extensive experience to elevate Paradigm Technology’s financial processes and work to develop a more robust framework of financial reporting. Having previously worked with large scale, global consulting companies, Paradigm’s financial future is in capable hands.
