Quickly assembled a team of 20+ airline experts comprised of PM’s and BA’s (which featured Agile PM’s and Scrum Masters) to manage reconciliation of and access to these applications for the merger

Over 63 weeks, the team reconciled 1253 of the 1420 applications (88.2%) enabling 20,000 users to perform their jobs

Program Managed all streams of work providing weekly status updates to senior leadership

Team was spread throughout other key projects and currently have deep presence on the Flight Operations Integration program
