Meet Deniese Reinhardt – PMI Superstar!

Deniese is one of Paradigm’s locally based Lead Project Managers. Paradigm would like to recognize her for her amazing work in and outside of the organization. Namely, her volunteer-based involvement in the Project Management Institute’s Phoenix Chapter.

For over 16 years, she has been a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Deniese currently serves as the Phoenix Chapter’s Associate VP of Corporate Relations. In her role, she liaises with community and corporate members who are interested in working with PMI. Her team consists of corporate ambassadors responsible for promoting PMI within various organizations.

“The Project Management Institute has provided me with knowledge and guidelines that have driven an amazing career, which is why I like to stay involved and give something back,” states Deniese.

This year, Deniese’s PMI team was responsible for the inaugural Arizona Project of the Year Award. It is the state’s largest project-based award for endeavors following the best practices delineated by the Global Project Management Institute.

In response to her involvement in the launch of the Arizona Project of the Year Award, Deniese was selected as the September 2019 PMI Phoenix Chapter Volunteer of the Month award recipient.

In addition to establishing the Arizona-focused award, Deniese and her team are launching a PMI Utilities Community of Practice, which will enable ideal structures for stewarding knowledge in the Utility arena.

Paradigm is proud to have such committed, capable, and enthusiastic team members driving success with our clients and in their own endeavors. “Deniese is a strong leader and we’d like to thank her for her leadership and ability to develop client relationships, continuously delivering value to our client partnership,” notes Sam Engram, Executive Vice President of Paradigm Technology.
