Paradigm Technology, a boutique consulting company and strategic solutions partner, announced today that Dennis McDonald has joined the company to lead the company’s Project Leadership Consulting Practice.

Mr. McDonald is an accomplished executive leader. Over the course of his career, he has held numerous Senior Vice President roles and has led global teams as large as 800 people and budgets in excess of $250M for three Fortune 500 companies. He has a proven reputation for delivering complex transformational efforts and has developed extensive IT, business and leadership experience in the following areas: Re-engineering, Strategy and Transformation, PMO/PPM Design and Management, Large Scale Integrations, IT Operations and Global Leadership.

Most recently Mr. McDonald was an SVP at Wells Fargo where he led the development of the Global Strategy for the Technologies & Operations Group. He also led the Enterprise Global Delivery efforts. Prior to that at Wells Fargo he was the SVP, Business & Systems Integration and SVP, Strategic Projects and Systems Planning where he transformed traditional (large scale) PMOs into strategic enablers for the Consumer Credit businesses. Mr. McDonald also served in multiple senior leadership roles at American Express where he led large scale Global Technology teams in five countries. He has been directly responsible for over $70M in re-engineering saves in his time at Wells Fargo and American Express.

Mr. McDonald has a degree in Engineering from Arizona Tech and studied Business Management at Ottawa University.
