Paradigm Technology, a full service technology solutions provider, announced today that Christopher Gately will be joining the company’s leadership team to serve in the newly created role of Chief Revenue Officer, based out of the corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. As Chief Revenue Officer, Mr. Gately will be responsible for directing the combined company sales efforts.

Mr. Gately brings over 20 years of sales expertise to Paradigm, having served in various sales leadership positions with many well-known technology firms focused on data analytics, storage, cloud, security, and mobile solutions. “I am excited to join the Paradigm Team, their partners and valued clients. In today’s Bimodal IT world, Paradigm is uniquely qualified to help clients along this journey. I look forward to focusing my diverse experience and talents in assisting Paradigm’s dynamic growth,” commented Mr. Gately.

Prior to joining Paradigm, Mr. Gately was Global Account Manager for Financial Services at Informatica, a master data and data integration leader, where he led global activities for major players in the banking and financial services sector. In a short time at Informatica, Mr. Gately significantly grew business, exceeding sales expectations many times over. Mr. Gately also served as the Franchise Leader at OpTier and Director of Client Services at Capco, where he managed the growth of each company’s respective Western US region and directed inside sales and global activities for key clients in the financial services vertical.

Prior to Capco, Mr. Gately spent over 10 years at EMC2 Corporation where he developed, created and won the opportunity to own and manage all storage for a major financial services corporation, catapulting EMC into the storage managed services business. While at EMC, Mr. Gately managed and mentored a number of account executives, systems engineers, and support personnel. Mr. Gately also created and drove leading-edge sales concepts including opportunity and deal analysis tools to track and close major business wins.

Mr. Gately holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Psychology from Syracuse University. He is an avid sailor and hiker and enjoys golf. Additionally, Mr. Gately, along with his wife and daughter, stay involved with community organizations including American Heart Association, The Thacher School, Homeward Bound of Arizona, and the Syracuse University Alumni Association.
